Lease a Horse

We offer leased horses for pleasure and show. We want you to enjoy yourself with horses, and learn how to ride, and we understand that it is sometimes difficult to purchase a horse.

	Perhaps you will not be in the area long, but want to ride frequently while you are here
	Perhaps you can afford the upkeep, but not the cash purchase price of a good horse.
	Perhaps you want to see if the child will maintain interest before making a large purchase,
	Perhaps you want to start on one horse and be free to move up to another level as you learn.
	Perhaps you are an adult who is learning to ride, or returning to ride and you want to see if a horse will fit into your schedule.
	There are dozens of reasons why leasing a quality horse makes sense.

Many of the horses we offer for sale are available to lease.

If you are considering buying a horse, leasing is a good way to begin. You can learn while you are looking.

All leased horses must remain boarded at Hidden Creek. Lease payments are ON TOP OF THE BOARD per month. Both lessons and board are at a reduced rate for leased horses. New owners are responsible for regular health and shoeing costs.

Special reduced rates do apply to leased horses!

Lessons on leased horses are $25 per lesson. (regular $35)

Board for leased horses is only $350 per month. (regular $400)

Horses for pleasure, trail, and lessons; horses priced up to $3000.

$150 a month on a month to month lease

$135 a month on a six month

$125 a monthone year lease

$100 a month as part of a purchase trial

Assume all vet and shoeing bills

Horse must remain boarded at Hidden Creek

Option to buy.

	We will apply up to 20% of any lease payment you have made BEFORE you decide to purchase,
	and after you decide to purchase the horse, 70% of your lease payments will apply to the purchase on a lease-to-own basis. This allows you to "finance" your horse.

Horses for pleasure, trail, lessons and SHOW; horses priced at OVER $3100

	$175 a month
	$160 a month on a six month
	$145 one year lease
	Assume all vet and shoeing bills
	Horse must remain boarded at Hidden Creek

Option to buy.

	We will apply up to 20% of any lease payment you have made BEFORE you decide to purchase,
	and after you decide to purchase the horse, 70% of your lease payments will apply to the purchase on a lease-to-own basis. This allows you to "finance" your horse.

This site is updated several times a week, including whenever we add or sell a horse, or when we learn something new about a horse. We are constantly riding, trying, testing, showing and trail riding our horses so we know what they really are before we sell them.
